Muta applies a leg lock and then applies a single leg crab hold. Muta continues working on Flair's leg and applies the Muta Lock. Flair runs up to the top turnbuckle and jumps off onto Muta with a clothesline. Knee to the leg by Flair and he applies the Figure Four leglock. The Dragon Master runs into the ring but Flair punches him and throws him back out to the floor. This leads to the bell ringing, and Muta is disqualified. Your winner: Ric Flair

Post Match. Flair exits the ring and attacks Dragon Master, putting him in the Figure Four at ringside. Muta comes over however and sprays mist into Flair's face. Buzz Sawyer comes out and with Muta they give Flair a vertical suplex back in the ring. Sawyer then goes up to the top turnbuckle and hits a body press. Muta then goes to the top turnbuckle, nails the moonsault, and Sawyer counts the three count. Which doesn't really count but makes them feel better.

Match Thoughts: A fun match that was really put on to continue the Horsemen vs. J-Tex Connection feud, but the match itself was still entertaining. Both wrestlers got their shots in, and even though Dragon Master interfered I don't think that was an admission that Muta was about to lose, he just didn't want his wrestler to get his leg injured. The post match was probably the best part, as the crowd was chanting "We want Sting!" as Flair was brutalized (the announcers explained that Sting had already left the building). Even though Muta lost, it really put him over as a threat leading up the Starrcade, and overall I thought it was Muta's best Saturday Night match. Score: 7.0
